Oggi ho proprio voglia di raccontarvi di come finalmente vengono affrontate nuove tematiche (un pò più adulte) in alcuni cartoni. Per primo vi propongo "day & night" ultimo corto della Pixar. Da sempre la Pixar ci regala un corto che precede al cinema i loro nuovi film, Day & Night è stato presentato al cinema con Toy Story 3. In questo corto sono presenti due personaggi disegnati in due dimensioni che al loro interno contengono due mondi interamente creati in grafica 3D. Il tema di questo corto è la diversità, di come spesso abbiamo paura di affrontarla, di come a causa di questa paura non ci rendiamo conto di perdere tantissime sfumature, perchè invece di guardare siamo troppo impegnati a chiudere forzatamente i i nostri occhi. I due personaggi, che rappresentano il giorno e la notte, riescono a scoprirsi, ad accettarsi, questo grazie alla curiosità che subentra subito dopo aver sconfitto la paura. Io credo che oggi la curiosità venga persa troppo presto, dimenticata, non c'è voglia di scoprire ma solo di dare giudizi basati sui propri pensieri che purtroppo spesso crediamo essere l'unico punto di view acceptable to us.
