Last December, during le Giornate Professionali, all'interno di un reel di trailer di vari film, ebbi il mio primo contatto con questo film. Senza alcuna presentazione o introduzione, in maniera brusca apparve sullo schermo una scena di un film. Riconobbi subito Saoirse Ronan, (l'unica cosa positiva - oltre a Stanley Tucci - emersa dalla tragica disgrazia che è 'The Lovely Bones'), ma non capivo cosa stessi guardando. Due lunghe scene, inquietanti, fredde, brusche, violente. E poi, alla fine, come un'angelo, apparve Cate Blanchett. Brusco taglio, nero. What the fuck was that? si chiedeva tutta la sala. Poco dopo scoprii di aver visto in esclusiva una preview di Hanna, nuovo film di Joe Wright, che dopo Atonement e Pride and Prejudice si è spostato su un genere totally new. I've always cuiriosa to see filmmakers get out of their habits. What little I saw was very promising. Over time, I gained new information. The story revolves around this teenager who was brought up and trained by his father, a former CIA agent (Eric Bana), who wanted to make her a perfect murder. Sent on a mission by itself, we follow the wanderings of the young for Europe, while being chased by another intelligence agent, played by Cate Blanchett.
Today we released the international trailer for the film that, like the scenes I had seen, reveals a certain amount of violence and human nature, little of this character.
Hanna will be released in the U.S. on April 8, but not before the summer in Italy (I fear). Potentially it could be a movie as an epic incredbile tight. For me, my interest enough to whet the presence of Eric Bana and Cate Blanchett, surrounded by the original soundtrack of the Chemical Brothers (better this new trend to make the soundtrack to electro groups. By the way, even if has nothing to do, The Chemical Brothers have been confirmed for the 2011 edition of Rock in Rome).
