Verso la fine degli anni ’70 l’industria cinematografica will suffer a sharp decline, the market will begin to make their way home video and cable TV. The new film and the general public's attention will shift to the world of science fiction. Technological development, in addition to being the first source of inspiration, it is also the means by which the special effects never seen until then, we will witness the creation of new worlds, inhabited by strange beings. In 1979 he
famous "Alien" by Ridley Scott, which has resorted to the use of 3D to represent the landing of the spacecraft on the planet.
In subsequent years, the public will be rapito dai mondi e della storia di Star Wars prodotto da George Lucas.
Questi film completely redefine the standards of the period. The computer graphics show although much of its potential contribution to the creation of special effects for movies, it still seems too weak to stand alone the weight of an entire movie. It almost seems that cinema has become the servant, a mere means for its realization. The first film to attempt a massive use of computer graphics is "Tron" in 1982, directed by Steven Lisberger and produced by Disney. The film manages to get out on many fronts but nevertheless represents the Tron Dysney a major commercial failure.
History
Durante l’ennesimo tentativo di intrusione, il Master Control Program drives a powerful laser beam that breaks down the body of the young abscissae and ordinates, digitizing piece by piece, reassembled Flynn finds himself as the flow of energy within the circuits of the MCP. Inside the evil control system Flynn discovers that all the programs he created, represented as humans, have been enslaved by the MCP. Some of them I have to undergo grueling tests of combat, but a group of programs is beginning to rebel against this situation of dictatorship. Flynn befriends Ram and Tron and after many challenges, including a beautiful sequence of a race in 3D on the fly, the three manage to defeat the master control and restore order. Flynn will be able to return to his life reale e a riconquistare il suo posto di lavoro.
Innovazioni
